| I had a scheduled arrival time for 9am for my move. When I got my quote in an email, I was given a move window of 7am to 12noon. I called back immediately to inform that this was unacceptable - my friends aren't going to wait all day for you to come. The Apartment Movers responded by giving me a firm time of 9am with priority status 21 days prior to my move. The day before, I received a courtesy call reminding me of my move the next day at 9am. On the day of, I called at 9:10am asking where they were. I was told that they would be 2 hours late. Guess what? That 2 hours kept getting moved back and back. 4 hours and 20 minutes before the truck arrived. I received little help from the management who gave incredulous excuses for their poor performance. No remuneration was giving for the lost time. When the movers finally got there, they worked efficiently and well. They were friendly and careful, but the lack of punctuality tainted the whole experience. I would not recommend them to a friend! |
