| World Moving Services did not tell me that they would sub out my moving services. They gave me a not to exceed price. When the subbed company arrived they had extra charges that I had already paid for with World Moving Services. They would not pack my furniture until I signed papers stating I would pay these charges. I called for 3 hours to get this straightened out with my contact Lamar and no one would answer or return my calls. Finally after 3 hours Lamar called back and said he would straighten things out and not to worry. When the furniture was delivered I still had extra charges. Once again I could not get in touch with anyone. I had to pay the extra charges and later that day someone called me back and said there was nothing they could do about the charges. I feel like I was lied to in order to get my business. I was told by Lamar that he would be there for me throughout the whole move which he was not or anyone else. I will never use this company again for anything else. My contract price was not upheld. |
