When I first started this process i put my information on the internet and was contacted by several different companies. I talk to them and only a few stuck out to me. I look them up on the internet and brought my companies down to two people. I choose emerald relocation because, plain and simple i just felt more comfortable with them. Everything was presented to me the way i felt was correct, I talk to Gerald at first he brought me to all the appropriate websites to make me feel more confident about my decision. When the movers showed up there was 3 of them, they packed everything nicely and i felt that i was at no concern. The only thing was that the delivery took a little longer than expected but i was not mad b/c they were honest with me about it and kept in contact with me the hole time. My quote was binding and the price did not change one thing i can say about emerald is that everything they said they were going to do they did. There were no surprise on my move. Everything arrived nothing was damaged and I am a very satisfied customer!!
