Hello all, my name is Maria and I am typing this review because I would like to share with you all my fascinating moving experience. I moved from midtown west where my boyfriend and I have been living for a little over three years. When I first moved in there the movers I hired were okay, I didn't have any problems with them the day of the move or anything - my major issue came AFTER they've left when I found out my TV, 2 mirrors, expensive china cabinet, and five boxes filled with china were damaged. It took me 15 minutes to get someone on the phone that could help me and almost a week for that person to get back to me. Then they couldn't do anything about my damaged items and I had to file a claim through a different department. I was furious and out on thousands of dollars - I had to move forward and take legal action. Due to their negligence I was able to beat the case. Needless to say I was horrified when time came to hire movers again. This time I made sure my boyfriend and I did everything right, we reviewed and scrutinized each company thoroughly. This may seem bad: but I was honestly thee worse customer or potential customer any company could have! I was constantly calling, inuring and obtaining additional information and I have to say not all were too helpful, others lost patience and others plainly didn't care. I prepared us for this move 2 months in advance - simple move from the city to westchester county. At then end only two companies remained and president beat them by a long shot. The price was fair (we anticipated to send around that amount or even a little more since we have so many things and my boyfriend has a room as a studio and we had extra stops at my mothers house in riverdale to pick up some furniture items). The guys were nice and respectful, they worked very hard I was very impressed. The office staff was patient and very informative, they were available throughout my entire move. I couldn't ask for a better moving experience, this company definitely exceeded my expectations and I am happy they did! They worked well and their business rapport is a A+ in my book! I 100% recommend this company!
