Me and my family had to relocate to Another City and as a single mom with three kids and not a lot of free time, I pretty much turned to the internet to find a solution, and I needed a quick one.
At first I was a bit worried, working with a company online, but the representative at Ben Hur Moving and Storage was very helpful and had answers for all my questions, even ones about moving in general, how to organize my move and help my children prepare for the relocation.
On the move day everything went as planned more or less, my kids were with me, so it was a little hard on them, but I was happy Ben Hur Moving and Storage could pick us up on the weekend and pretty much had all our needs taken care of.
There were some items that I didn't have time to pack and the team was very nice and helped with the last touches, loaded everything quicker than I thought possible and was on its way after only a couple of hours.
At first I thought we had a couple of missing boxes, but then I realized we ended up taking them in the car with us because my youngest couldn't spend a day without his video games.
So basically I had a pretty successful move with Ben Hur Moving and Storage and when I asked the nice guys that did the pick up what's the best way to tip them, they said to just spread the good word about them after the move. So that's what I'm doing right now. I also gave them a twenty each anyway. Thanks guys!
