I moved in May. They were early by 20 mins. That was fine because I'm an early bird. The guys were were very professional. Their company has this 3 hour minimum. As the lady on the phone explained it was so they could do an accurate job without being rushed. At the time I didn't understand but I totally get that now. She said that they used charge by the hour but a lot of times the movers were rushed by customers and it was very inconvenient for them to do their job that way. And seeing that I went over my 3 hours by 30 minutes, now I get it. I only have a small 2 bedroom but they did a really good job. I was impressed. At one point the guy said "Hold on, I can't lift it good that way" . I thought what good communication. Better than dropping my stuff right?! So, all in all, good people, good company. I will use them in the future for sure.
