Prior to my move date I called Capital Van Lines to get a qoute and talked to a gentlemen by the name of Tom Notaro. He explained all the details that a move to CA involved. I wish all customer service people were that patient because I had a LOT of questions. After some research I decided to hire Capital Van Lines for my move.
On the morning of my move they sent out three big movers. The foreman was very informative and went over every aspect of my contract - including how materials would be an extra charge - before startting my move. While they were preparing my belongings I was informed of all any extra materials they would need to securre my items before using them. After all was said and done I was surprised to see that my final cost actuall came in $7 cheaper thatn my estimate - thought for sure I would be paying hundreds of dollars more from all the stories I heard about moving companies.
I also recieved my shipment within the time frame that they quoted me and they day after they did the pick up, I was given the phone number of the driver - I was ablt to keep track of my shipment and know where it was at all times -
Once again I would RECOMMEND CAPITAL VAN LINES - to all my family and friends |
