| Good with Resolving Problems |
| Nothing very special about my move its one of the most ordinary but as we do not move very often and moreover we do not get good services from moving companies, so I think its an worth mentioning incident. We were moving to our new house in Santa Clara in California. My sister selected a mover for me from this site. There were approximately 28-30 boxes; I thought it would be wise to book a full service move. They packed, they loaded, they drove - everything went well apart from the delivery time. They were late by a day. It might sound like a complaint but no – it’s a recommendation. The moment we were informed about the delayed delivery, I was nervous. I called the customer service several time and they all answered my calls patiently with appropriate information, they were apologetic and promised compensation. At last I received my belongings after a day and they were in good shape, I was also compensated by $110. I appreciated their effort to resolve my issue. |
