Con artists. Constantly lied to- said they'd use their own vehicles and moving crew- untrue. Charge per cubic foot and load the truck light. Will only accept cash at destination site. (No money orders or cashiers' checks-- what kind of a reputable company will not accept something as secure as a bank counter check?)
Steal and damage goods, outsource out-of-state moves, outsource packing labor, did not respond to customer complaints until BBB notified, still did nothing to reslove complaint. Did not allow mover to complete inventory forms. |
