We called AVL Moving Systems to help us move a couple of weeks ago based on the amazing Yelp reviews. They were so booked that the only slot we could get (last minute) was inconvenient for us. We're thrilled we did: four young, athletic, (and cute!) guys showed up at our place and quickly and efficiently ran our two bedroom down two stories and then up four stories. I grumble every time I have to walk (empty-handed) all the way up those eight flights, and they happily ran our heavy boxes back and forth for a couple of hours. They finished considerably earlier than they predicted, and the price was amazing for the hassle they saved us. Also, a little thing that shows how customer-service oriented they are: they pro-rate to the nearest 15 minutes after the first hour. Our guys finished just at 2 hours and 45 minutes.
We were impressed with every stage of the move, from Angie's helpfulness to the friendliness and professionalism of the guys. We will absolutely hire them for our next move and plan on recommending them to everyone we know. |
