| I make it simple: Don't even try them |
The worst experience I have ever had.
First of all, when they want to get the job, everybody is responsible. They answer every question and everything is nice. They give you a very cheap quote, but this is only a trick! Because you have to make sure that they will double the price for you in the end.
After they pick up for you, nobody is there to answer you any more. The only thing they tell you every time after you wait half an hour behind the phone is that they are postponing the delivery by a couple of more days! Nobody is responsible. Whoever you talk with is either a receptionist or a customer service representative, but NOT RESPONSIBLE! They don't connect you with the sale representative who made you a fool at the first place. OMG, I am so frustrated! |
