First, my husband has NOT been reimbursed for purchasing the bolt cutters that he had to purchase since the driver brought the trailer a second time fully locked without the keys! Buying bolt cutters to unlock the trailer was the least of our problems. Greater and more frustrating has been the continued and persistent incompetence of dealing with coleman/american/allied company's crew.
But back to the "hardships" : More interesting yet less pleasant was the sexual harassment that I had to experience at the hands of one of your movers. Of course, none of the above touches on the fact that there were only two men actually moving our furniture after specific requests by our move coordinator and the driver were made for at least 4 men. And, let's not forget the fact that, other than X, the other men on the job were less than productive and could often be found hanging out in the truck having a good old time visiting. This is all compounded by the fact that, despite booking this move over a month in advance, your company failed to schedule a driver for our move that would deliver our belonging on time. So please, don't try to brush me off with some discussion of bolt cutters and reimbursement.
