| I spent hours,on the phone,with Janet,a sales rep for this company.We went over every detail of this move.There was a strict list of inventory and she gave me a binding quote.She told me the whole job would cost $1,300.00 total. When the driver arrived, in a rented Budget truck, 4 hours late, with a small car full of day workers following, to move my furniture, I was very leary. I was told I could supply the tape and all else would be included, by my sales rep, Janet. When the driver arrived, he sat down and wrote a "REVISED ESTIMATE" and told me the total, for the exact inventory, to move, was going to cost an added $4,600.00!!!!!!!!!!Thank GOD I never signed anything. He said it was because they had "custom" wrapping and cardboard!DON'T DO IT!!! |
